A Little Food Porn

Lunch was fabulous, and I had the sweet potato burger that I love!  Unlike dinner last night where I forgot to take a picture of everything before it was done, I did remember to take a picture today.  Enjoy!

So here's a funny story for you.  When the topic of lunch came up at the fruit stand, I suggested Ballyhoo's and said "that's where we ate last year."  At the time, I couldn't remember the exact menu item that Beau had ordered, but I did remember that he really, really liked it, and I was actually sad that I didn't order it.  When we got to Ballyhoo's and started looking over the menu, the name jogged my memory: Joe versus the Volcano.  It's a salad and has shrimp, mango, spinach, noodles, and avocado on it.  Well, without me telling Beau that's what he had last year, he ordered the exact same thing!  Of course, he got a kick out of hearing that's the same salad he had last time.  (He appeared to love it as much as he did a year ago; an empty plate was all that remained!)

How I remember what other people order a year after the fact is beyond me!
